Finding the OTA Monitor

The OTA Monitor is an application installed by the Visual One Integrations team.

The OTA Monitor is not accessed from within Visual One but is accessed through an external shortcut.

If you cannot locate your OTA Monitor, contact Visual One Support to either locate the icon, install or re-install the application as necessary.

b4checkin recommends that the shortcut to the OTA Monitor be installed where multiple team members have quick and easy access to it, as it is regularly needed to manage data to appear online and for many troubleshooting tasks.
