Opening Paragraph

Opening paragraph of the TransForm payment page. This text appears on the first two pages during each transaction (or on the first page if using single-page display.

Feel free to use this starter text:

Thank you for booking your business with us at (company name). Payment will be posted to your account upon successful completion of this payment, and you will receive an e-mailed receipt for your payment.

We value your privacy and understand the responsibility you give us when providing your personal payment information.

Be assured that our on-line payment process is fully compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards and the security guidelines set forth by credit card companies. The card details you submit are not stored on this website.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (phone number) or at (email).

 



Transaction Category Message

You can also create a second message unique to each Transaction Category, which will display below the Opening Paragraph above.

Transaction Category Messages can be created under PROPERTY SETTINGS → MANAGE MESSAGES - > Add a Message → select TRANSACTION CATEGORY MESSAGE as the MESSAGE TYPE

Should you wish to display different introductory text for different types of groups, such as for weddings vs. conferences vs. graductiions vs. press conferences and so on, create multiple Transaction Categories, one for each group segment.

Terms & Conditions

When Terms & Conditions are enabled in TransForm Settings, this text displays in the Terms & Conditions text box or scroll-box. The text box automatically converts to a scroll-box if terms are lengthy.

Feel free to use this recommended starter text:

I certify that all information is complete and accurate, and I hereby authorize [business name] to collect payment for charges indicated on this form. I agree that my liability for these charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that payment does not complete for any part or the full amount of these charges.

 

Confirmation Page

After the payer has entered their credit card information and completed the payment page, they are taken to the Confirmation page, where the details of the transaction are displayed.

Two separate message types available - one for Successful Payments and one for Failed Payments, enabling you to specify text for the confirmation page within each Transaction Category, one for successes and another for failures.

You will receive an email confirming the details of your payment. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at [telephone number].

Add a Message to TransForm

 

  1. Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”

  2. If using multiple products, select the tab "TRANSFORM".

  3. Select “+ Add a Message”. 



  4. Message type: message types are described in the previous section above, along with recommended text. You can create separate Messages per transaction category. The Transaction Category message appears below the welcome message on the payment page.

  5. Start Date: the start date for this message to display.

  6. End Date: the end date for this message to display. By selecting the month, you can fast forward through numerous months. By selecting the year, you can fast forward through numerous years.

  7. Sort Order: determines the order in which multiple messages will appear. 

  8. Input the message text into the message text field.

  9. Save.

 

Edit a Message in TransForm

  1. Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”. 

  2. If using multiple products, select "TRANSFORM". 

  3. Select the edit button next to the message to be edited. 




  4. Adjust the desired fields.

  5. Save.

Remove a Message from TransForm

A message can be removed from TransForm by deleting the message. Messages cannot simply be made inactive.

Deleted messages cannot be recovered.

  1. Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”. 

  2. If using multiple products, select "TRANSFORM". 

  3. Select the trash-can icon next to the message to be deleted. Note that deletions cannot be undone.
