Refunding Deposits

Agilysys needs to be involved with set up as we provide credentials to Agilysys that are then boarded in an LMS service that Agilysys configures.

Requirements would be:

1. LMS version is 7.4.3 or later

2. Agilysys installs LMS b4 refund service (this may not occur automatically when they upgrade LMS version)

3. b4 enables refunds in TransForm and generates credentials

4. Agilysys configures LMS b4 refund service to use b4's refund endpoint and client credentials
