TransForm - OPERA - Kiosk - get a quote - IHG only

To enable TransForm to post payments directly into OPERA, you need to have Oracle's Kiosk interface.

Please contact your Oracle sales rep to request a quote for Opera Consulting Services to configure the Kiosk Interface for B4.

For IHG properties (US or Canadian) that do not have an Oracle sales rep can contact ihgsales_us@oracle.com to request the quote.

Once you approve the quote, sign it and return it to Oracle. OPERA will provide you with an installation date on which they will dial in to install and configure the Kiosk interface.

Let your Project Manager at b4 know your installation date as soon as it is confirmed, so that we can schedule one of our technicians to test our connection to your new Kiosk interface during the installation. We must know your installation date at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability of a b4 technician.
