TransForm - OPERA - posting sample

Payments from Transform display on a reservation under Deposit/Cxl. You can also see the value of the deposits on a reservation by looking at the guest balance. The charges the payer has chosen to pay display in Traces.

Once you open Deposit/Cxl, you can see that our payments display with the reference/remark of "Online B4 Deposit Online". The type of credit card and amount posted are also displayed.

Once Traces is selected, you can the see charge types (desired fees) the payer has selected to pay for. These charges are selected by the payer at the time they make the payment via Transform.

Any comments the payer has entered will display as a Trace.

The tokenized credit card (if supported) will enter OPERA into Window 1. Any previously defined payments or credit card information will be overridden at this stage. Best practice is to ensure all payment methods are moved around on a reservation before the mailer is sent to a payer.
