About TransForm Reports
To access reports, log into the b4 Admin Site, select your property if not selected by default -> select TRANSFORM in the page header panel -> Reports.
TransForm Report Filters
Use the following filters to create your report:
From and To Dates - default is one week into the past
Type - All, Authorizations, Payments - default is All
Status - All, Successful, Failed - default is All
Category - All, Reservation, Group, Miscellaneous, Gift Card, Lost & Found plus any additional Categories you have configured - default is All
Card Type - by each card type you accept
Range Minimum & Maximum - enter any amount range you wish to filter - default is All
Go>> You must select the Go button to apply your chosen filters
Transaction Count & Amount
Above the report display, the number of transactions found by your filter settings and the amount represented by those transactions will display, grouped by Status if you have selected All statuses.
Column Sort
Sort your report results by selecting the column heading you wish to sort by.
Column Search
Your filtered results can be narrowed further by entering additional filters in the Search field appearing below most column headings.
Details
The full details of each transaction can be viewed by selecting the Details icon located at the end of each row in the report listing. Details include the specific terms and conditions that the user checked agreement to, and the signature submitted with the transaction, useful in charge-back disputes.
Print & Export
Once generated on-screen, any filtered listing can be printed or exported as a CSV file. The Details view of an individual transaction can also be printed.
Creating Your TransForm Report
Step 1: Login to the b4 Admin Site
Step 2: Select your property, if necessary. Those with access to only one property are not required to select a property.
Step 3: Select “TransForm” from the page header panel
Step 4: Select “Reports”
Step 5: Select all desired filters.
Step 6: Select the blue Go>> button.
Step 7: If desired, filter your search results further by entering data into the Search field that appears below each column header.
Step 8: Use the icon in the final column (shown above) to pull up full details on any given transaction (sample below). The detail of any given transaction can be printed using the button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up.
Your report results can also be printed or exported to Excel.
