Troubleshooting a Message


  1. Is the Message built in the b4checkin Admin Site?

    All Messages must be built in the b4checkin Admin Site, as no messages are pulled from Visual One.

  2. Are the Message fields complete and accurate?

    1. Start Date and End Date are often discovered to be incorrect.

    2. Adjust the fields, save and re-test.


  3. Is the Message Type appropriate?
