About Required Fields

b4checkin's Admin Site enables you to designate selected fields in chameleon™ as required or mandatory. The email address is always required, as it is the unique identifier for user profiles.

Editing Required Fields

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Required Fields”.
   
   
   
   
   
   

2. Select the “Configure” button.
   
   
   
   
   
   

3. Adjust the fields by selecting or de-selecting the check-boxes. 
   
   

4. Save.
