About Currencies in chameleon™

The b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin Super User to create a Currency Type for use in chameleon™.

The currency in chameleon™ must match the currency in Visual One, as chameleon™ cannot convert currency data read from Visual One into an alternate currency.

Add a Currency

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Currencies”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a Currency”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Code: Enter the code associated with this currency.
   
   
4. Symbol: Enter the symbol associated with this currency. 
   
   
5. Save.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Select the property logo then “Manage Your Properties”.
   
   
7. Select the Edit button next to the desired property.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Select “b4checkin settings”.
   
   
9. Select the default currency.
   
   
10. Save.
