Troubleshooting a blank white screen


  1. Ensure that "USE BOOKING ENGINE" is selected in the b4checkin Admin Site under "b4checkin SETTINGS".

    1. If not, select the check-box and re-test.


  2. Ensure that if a payment gateway is connected "USE PAYGATE" is selected in the b4checkin Admin Site under "b4checkin SETTINGS".

    1. If a payment gateway is not configured, de-select USE PAYGATE and re-test.

    2. If a payment gateway is configured, select USE PAYGATE and re-test.


  3. Report the blank white screen to b4checkin, with a screenshot that shows the URL in the address field and the white screen.
