Troubleshooting a blank white screen
- Ensure that "USE BOOKING ENGINE" is selected in the b4checkin Admin Site under "b4checkin SETTINGS".
- If not, select the check-box and re-test.
- If not, select the check-box and re-test.
- Ensure that if a payment gateway is connected "USE PAYGATE" is selected in the b4checkin Admin Site under "b4checkin SETTINGS".
- If a payment gateway is not configured, de-select USE PAYGATE and re-test.
- If a payment gateway is configured, select USE PAYGATE and re-test.
- If a payment gateway is not configured, de-select USE PAYGATE and re-test.
- Report the blank white screen to b4checkin, with a screenshot that shows the URL in the address field and the white screen.
