Add a  Rate Plan to Expedia 

1. The property must first build the Tariff in Visual One.
    
2. The property must map the Tariff in the Visual One OTA Monitor.

3. The property must contact Expedia to add the Rate Plan to their Expedia account set up. 
   
   
4. The property must provide b4checkin with the Rate Plan and associated payment information:
   
   
   1. The Tariff Code as built in Visual One.
      
      
   2. Is it Expedia Pay
      
      
   3. Is it Corporate Expedia Pay 
      
      
   4. Is it Mobile Expedia Pay
      
      
   5. Is it Hotel Pay
      
      
   6. Is it Corporate Hotel Pay 
      
      
   7. Is it Mobile Hotel Pay 
      
      
   8. Is it an Expedia package (this is generally a cheaper rate that Expedia will sell if the customer buys a flight and hotel together). Note that this is NOT a Package Code inside Visual One. 
      
      
   9. Is this Tariffs-derived (linked off another Tariff)? If so, please specify which.
       
5. A member of the b4checkin Professional Services team will map the rates and room types applicable to Expedia reservations in the Expedia Interface.
   
   
6. The property or b4checkin Account Manager will build the Tariff in the b4checkin Admin Site, and select it as available to Expedia on that Tariff record.
   
   
7. The Tariff is now live on Expedia.
