b4spa does not insert the credit card into Visual One, but tokenizes the card through hPCI and emails the property with the details to access it through hPCI.

We do not process the payment; we simply tokenize the card and make it available to the property to use later.

About b4spa Implementation

1. Prices and Appointment Types are pulled from Visual One Spa through the b4checkin API.
   
   
2. b4checkin will style the b4spa page and the confirmation emails for b4spa to match the look and feel of your website. A sample of the confirmation email appears in the next section, showing which areas of the text you can customize.
   
   
3. b4checkin creates a hosted PCI account for your property, so that non hotel guests can book appointments. These credentials are used by b4checkin Professional Services during the implementation.
   
   
4. If you want b4spa to display the hero image banner, you must send b4checkin the imagery you wish b4spa to display on the page. You can use as few as 2 and as many as 12 images.
   
   All images must be 1140 pixels wide and 435 pixels high.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. You must ensure that each Service you wish to offer online has been designated as "Available on the Web". See screenshot below.
   
   
   

Web Server Connection for b4spa without chameleon™

For implementations of b4spa without chameleon™, the Agilysys BN webservice is not required. For such implementations, the following steps are required to prepare your web server to work with b4spa:

1. Provide the public ID address of the web server where the b4checkin API will be installed to your b4checkin Account Manager.
   
   
   1. This server must have access to the V1Spa catalog, through default port 1443 between both servers.
   2. b4checkin's IP addresses must be allowed through any firewall/NAT devices on default port 443.
      
      
2. Place this public ID address in the DNS record for the FQDN (fully qualified domain name) you gave us.
   
   
   1. Note: This can take 24 hours or more to take effect.
      
      
3. Advise your b4checkin Account Manager when this has been done, and provide the public IP, so that b4checkin can begin initial testing for connectivity.
   
   
4. Purchase an SSL certificate from a recognized signing authority, such as your current host provider, GoDaddy, or other.
   
   
5. Add the SSL to the site bindings on your web server.
   
   
6. b4checkin can now complete the installation of the b4checkin API.
   
   
   

b4spa Confirmation Email
