  • Email address (able to update)
  • Arrival date
  • Number of nights
  • Departure date
  • Total room cost (assuming Suppressed Rates is not selected)
  • Room Type
  • Number of adults and children (or any Occupant category)
    
    
• A Comments field for a guest to submit a request
  
  
• Customizable Terms & Conditions; must be the same for all
   
• The guest may specify their estimated time of arrival (ETA) which will update this field in Visual One
  
  
• Optional: Once checked in, the status of the reservation can be changed to "Arrived But Not Checked In" in Visual One
