What is the b4checkin-Choice Interface?
The b4checkin-Choice interface allows for reservations made on the Choice branded booking engine to be transferred to Visual One via b4checkin.

Passkey
What is Passkey?
Passkey (www.passkey.com) is the worldwide leader in online group reservations. The Boston-based technology company offers meeting destinations, hotels and planners a powerful web-based solution for managing group hotel reservations. The heart of the Passkey system is an innovative online booking engine that lets group attendees make their hotel reservations online in the contracted group block, while allowing event planners and hotels to access real-time reports and event information. Offered as an onDemand solution, Passkey delivers benchmark speed, security and scalability.
What is the b4checkin-Passkey Interface?
b4checkin offers a 1-way interface for Visual One properties that allows for reservations to be made in Passkey and transferred to Visual One. One of the main benefits of this interface is that it support the payment provider, Freedom Pay (rGuestPay).

Avvio
What is Avvio?
Avvio's Convert Booking Platform (http://www.avvio.com/) comprises a highly advanced, responsive booking engine, Channel Manager, Integrations with all key third party technologies, including Metaseach channels connectivity, AB testing capability, a user-friendly CMS and more.
What is the b4checkin-Avvio Interface?
The b4checkin-Avvio interface provides a 2-way interface from Visual One to Avvio for real-time transfer of information. b4checkin will pass up-to-date rates, availability and restriction data to Avvio, and when reservations are made, the booking details will be passed into Visual One.

Siteminder
What is Siteminder?
Siteminder (http://www.siteminder.com/) is a channel manager. Channel managers allow for a property to manage their different online distribution channels from one location. Example: an admin portal that allows them to manage their rates for Expedia, Hotels.com and Booking.com in one place.
What is the b4checkin-Siteminder Interface?
The Siteminder interface with b4checkin is a 2-way interface from Visual One to Siteminder for real-time transfer of information. b4checkin will pass up-to-date rates, availability and restriction data to Siteminder, who will display it on the appropriate channels. Once reservations are made on those channels, the booking details will be passed from Siteminder, to b4checkin, and into Visual One.

- Properties can utilize Duetto to make rate changes in Visual One. Duetto makes rate recommendations which update the prices in Visual One, then b4checkin pulls those prices from Visual One.
- The property must have a relationship/contract with Siteminder for this interface to operate.

Rainmaker
What is Rainmaker?
Rainmaker (https://www.letitrain.com/) offers a variety of products, of which b4checkin interfaces into their Revenue Management Software. Their growing portfolio of revenue optimization and analytical solutions distill the most complex datasets from numerous data sources into highly prescriptive recommendations and actionable insights, making it as easy as possible for customers to reap the benefits.
What is the b4checkin-Rainmaker Interface?
Connecting into Rainmaker’s revenue management platform means that b4checkin offers a 1-way interface from Rainmaker into Visual One. Rate recommendations are made by the Rainmaker platform, which b4checkin then transfers to Visual One.

Expedia
What is Expedia?
Expedia (https://www.expedia.ca/) is an Online Travel Agent (OTA). An OTA allows for a guest to book various offerings (hotels, flights, etc), from a computer or mobile device.
What is the b4checkin-Expedia Interface?
The b4checkin-Expedia interface is a 2-way interface from Visual One to Expedia for real-time transfer of information. b4checkin passes rates, availability and restriction data from Visual One to Expedia. Once a guest makes a reservation, that reservation data is then passed from Expedia, to b4checkin, and then to Visual One. This interface accommodates Expedia Pay and Hotel Pay.

- The property must have a relationship and merchant account with Expedia for this interface to operate. Charges may apply; this will be identified by the provider.

Pegasus GDS
What is Pegasus GDS?
Pegasus (http://pegasus.io/) is a Global Distribution System (GDS) provider, white labeled by b4checkin. GDS is a comprehensive travel shopping and reservation platform that travel agents use to book airline, car, hotel and other travel arrangements for their customers. This product is not currently sold by the Agilysys team, but is offered directly from b4checkin. IDS (Internet Distribution System) and ADS (Alternative Distribution System) reservations are accommodated.
What is the b4checkin-Pegasus GDS Interface?
The Pegasus GDS interface is a 2-way interface from Visual One to the GDS. b4checkin passes rates, availability and restriction data from Visual One to Pegasus. Once a travel agent makes a reservation, that reservation data is then passed from Pegasus, to b4checkin, and then to Visual One.
Notes
- A relationship with Pegasus GDS is required for this interface. Properties must contract directly with b4checkin for GDS, therefore this relationship with Pegasus is managed by b4checkin.
- The property must cancel any pre-existing contracts with any other GDS providers prior to launching this GDS connectivity. This switch letter process can be completed with the b4checkin team.
- OTA’s can choose not to display a property via the GDS; this is up to the discretion of the OTA.
- Sample Customer: Bavarian Inn, University of Georgia Continuing Education Center and University Club of Chicago.
TripAdvisor’s Instant Booking
What is TripAdvisor’s Instant Booking?
Trip Advisor’s Instant Booking (https://www.tripadvisor.com/InstantBooking) allows for a property to display their booking engine’s prices on their TripAdvisor page, along with other popular OTA’s. When a guest selects the offer from TripAdvisor, they are then taken to that platform to book (IE. If the guest sees an Expedia offer, they are navigated over to the Expedia page). Note: this is only offered in certain areas and currently not offered in Canada.
What is the b4checkin-Instant Booking Interface?
The b4checkin-Instant Booking Interface is a 2-way interface. Rate, availability, and restriction information is passed to TripAdvisor which will display via the buttons on the opening property page of TripAdvisor. If a guest chooses to book the hotel offering, the guest will book on chameleon and reservation information will be passed through to Visual One.

- The property must have a relationship and merchant account with TripAdvisor for this interface to operate.
- The property must be contracted to utilize the chameleon by b4checkin booking engine.

Clubessential
What is Clubessential?
Clubessential (http://www.clubessential.com/) provides a unified suite of accounting/Point-of-Sale, website, online reservations, and member marketing solutions.
What is the b4checkin Clubessential Interface?
b4checkin offers Clubessential properties a 2-way interface from V1GolfPro to the Clubessential member portal to facilitate member tee-time reservations. Rates, availability and restriction changes are made in V1GolfPro and sent to the Clubessential portal via b4checkin. Tee time reservations are then made and reservation information is passed through b4checkin to V1GolfPro.
