To view e-commerce MID transactions, the property must access the Lighthouse Manager (LTM). The training guide can be found at

Here is how a merchant (property) would be able to access their e-commerce (Retail account) in LTM:

Click on "Selected Merchants" and "selecting your merchants" from the main page

after they log into LTM

Select specific account. Note: e-commerce MIDs are listed as Retail Merchant accounts. If the property has issues viewing their retail account, they should reach out to either their Admin for their property or Shift4.
