Troubleshooting a Rate Plan Description

1. Is the Rate Plan description built in the b4checkin Admin Site?
   
   
   1. All descriptions must be built in the b4checkin Admin Site; no Tariff descriptions are pulled from Visual One by chameleon™.
      
      
   2. Rate Plan descriptions appear on the Special Offers page and in  bubbles. Rate Plan descriptions appearing throughout the reservation process must be built in the Messages section of the b4checkin Admin Site.
