Troubleshoot a Rate Plan Description

1. Is the rate plan Rate Plan description built in the chameleon admin portalb4checkin Admin Site?
   
   
   1. All descriptions and messages must be built in the chameleon admin portalb4checkin Admin Site; no rate plan Tariff descriptions are pulled from Visual One by chameleon™.
      
      
   2. Rate plan Plan descriptions appearing appear on the special offers Special Offers page and in  bubbles are built on the rate plan. Rate plan Plan descriptions appearing throughout the reservation process must be built in the messages Messages section of the chameleon adminb4checkin Admin Site.
