Booking engine loads a 500-error screen

The screen that will appear is:

1. Is the SSL certificate associated with the BN Web Service out of date and needs to be renewed?

1. 1. Agilysys or b4checkin must check the BN Web Service URL to ensure that it is not expired.
      
      
      1. Open the BN URL in a browser by clicking on the URL (Example: https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx).
         
         
      2. An expired message will appear on the screen.
         
         
   2. The property IT team will need to extend the SSL certificate applied to the BN WS.
      
      
2. Is the property's web server turned off or otherwise inaccessible?
   
   
   1. Agilysys or b4checkin must check the BN Web Service URL to ensure that it is accessible in a browser.
      
      
      1. Open the BN URL in a browser by clicking on the URL (Example: https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx).
         
         
      2. The below error will appear:

1. 1. Have the property IT team confirm that the web server is accessible and confirm that there are no issues.
