About Credit Cards in chameleon™

The b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin Super User to create a Credit Card Type in chameleon™.

All Credit Card types accepted by a property are created by b4checkin during the chameleon™ build.

Adding a Credit Card

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Credit Cards”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a Credit Card”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Sort Order: Specifies how this Credit Card will be sorted in chameleon™. 
   
   
4. Credit Card Type: Select the Credit Card Type being created.
   
   
5. Credit Card Code: Must match the PMS credit card code exactly so that it will transfer into Visual One correctly.
   
   
6. Active: Enable this Credit Card Type to be used while booking.
   
   
7. Name: The name of this Credit Card as it will appear on the payment page of chameleon™.
   
   
8. Save.
