Setup
When creating the property in b4 Admin, ensure the following settings are turned on under manage your properties > PMS settings
When creating the B4Payment settings, select PAY GATE TYPE RGUEST and check Allow Token Only as shown on the fourth line below.
Credentials we need from the property are:
Store ID (Merchant ID)
Terminal ID
Token Type
By default this is set at 2.
For ALL IHG properties, please update to 99.

If the property cannot reuse tokens …
Confirm the property is using a tokenized version of PMS.
Have the property email accounts@freedompay.com to open a ticket. They will need to include their MID details on the ticket.

IHG Property assistance - REFUNDS via FreedomPay
Refunds can be issued for transactions that have been processed.
To refund a transaction, locate it on the View Transactions page, select the OPTIONS drop-down button, and select Refund:
This will display the transaction details screen.
There are two options for refunds: Full and Partial.
Select ‘Full’ to generate a refund for the full amount of the original purchase
OR
Select ‘Partial’ to enter a specific amount to be refunded.
After selecting the type of refund and selecting REFUND, a confirmation message will be displayed.
Select OK to complete the refund. You will see a Success message and a request ID that can be copied and searched for to confirm the refund.
