When adding comments to a reservation there are two options of where they will appear.
If the reservation is checked in and a “Payment” is being made then it will appear in the “Comments” field under folio details.
2. If the reservation is not checked in and a “Deposit” is being made then the comment will appear under the “Advance Deposit” tab.
Note: In our testing environment this did not show. This is a screen that needs to be enabled and Infor mentioned that this is something that hotels should already know how to do.
