1. 1. 1. Open the BN URL in a browser by clicking on the URL (Example: https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx).

1. 1. 1. An expired message will appear on the screen.

1. 1. The property IT team will need to extend the SSL certificate applied to the BN WS.

1. Is the properties web server turned off or otherwise inaccessible?

1. 1. Agilysys or b4checkin must check the BN Web Service URL to ensure that it is accessible in a browser.

1. 1. 1. Open the BN URL in a browser by clicking on the URL (Example: https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx).
