About b4spa Implementation

1. Prices and Appointment Types are pulled from Visual One Spa through the b4checkin API.
   
   
2. b4checkin will style the b4spa page and the confirmation emails for b4spa to match the look and feel of your website.
   
   
3. b4checkin creates a hosted PCI account for your property, so that non hotel guests can book appointments. These credentials are used by b4checkin Professional Services during the implementation.
   
   
4. If you want b4spa to display the hero image banner, you must send b4checkin the imagery you wish b4spa to display on the page. You can use as few as 2 and as many as 12 images.

5. You can customize the verbiage on your appointment confirmation emails.
   
   
6. You must ensure that each Service you wish to offer online has been designated as "Available on the Web". See screenshot below.
