- How are the prices wrong?
- Specify what the price is on chameleon™ and what it should be, including any components and tax break down.
- Specify the Tariff, Rate Plan Code and Rate Plan Name, Package, Booking ID or File Card involved.
- What are the dates selected?
- What are the Room Types being shown with incorrect prices?
- Send screenshots of:
- Prices displayed in chameleon™.
- Prices for the same date range in Visual One. If it is a Package, include screenshots of the components.
- Prices displayed in chameleon™.
- Specify what the price is on chameleon™ and what it should be, including any components and tax break down.
