a property wants the room types
  1. you prefer the sold out Room Types to appear, instead of an
unavailability message:
The "show sold out rooms
  1. Unavailability Message, "SHOW SOLD OUT ROOMS" must be selected in the
property settings of the chameleon admin
  1. Property Settings in the b4checkin Admin Site, and the "
show room type unavailable message
  1. SHOW ROOM TYPE UNAVAILABLE MESSAGE" check-box must be
deselected.
