If a property wants the room types to appear instead of an unavailability message:

Troubleshooting the Sold Out Message
- The Unavailability Message has not been
- created in the b4checkin Admin Site, or has expired.

- If you prefer the sold out Room Types to appear, instead of an Unavailability Message, "SHOW SOLD OUT ROOMS" must be selected in the
- Property Settings in the b4checkin Admin Site, and the "
- SHOW ROOM TYPE UNAVAILABLE MESSAGE" check-box must be
- de-selected.
