Troubleshooting a 500 Error

1. Has the SSL certificate associated with the BN Web Service expired?
   
   
   1. Agilysys or b4checkin must open the BN Web Service URL in a browser.
      
      Example:
      https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx
      
      
   2. An expired message will appear if the SSL certificate is has expired.
      
      
   3. The property IT team will need to renew the SSL certificate.
      
      
      
2. Is the property web server turned off or otherwise inaccessible?
   
   
   1. Agilysys or b4checkin must open the BN Web Service URL in a browser.
      
      Example
      https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx)
      
      
   2. The following error will appear if the web server is inaccessible:.
      
      
      
      
      
   3. Have the property IT team check for errors on the web server. A restart is sometimes all that is required.
