Troubleshooting a 500 Error

1. Is Has the SSL certificate associated with the BN Web Service expired and needs renewal?
   
   
   1. Agilysys or b4checkin must check open the BN Web Service URL
      Open the BN URL in URL in a browser by clicking on the URL.
      
      Example:
      https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx
      
      
   2. An expired message will appear if the SSL certificate is has expired.
      
      
   3. The property IT team will need to renew the SSL certificate applied to the BN WS.
      
      
      
2. Is the property web server turned off or otherwise inaccessible?
   
   
   1. Agilysys or b4checkin must check open the BN Web Service URL to ensure that it is accessible in a browser.
      Open the BN URL in a browser by clicking on the URL
      
      Example
      https://b4checkindemo.agilysys.com/B4CheckinBNWebService/B4CheckinBNWebService.asmx)
      
      
   2. The following error will appear :if the web server is inaccessible.
      
      
      
      
      
   3. Have the property IT team confirm that check for errors on the web server is accessible and confirm that there are no issues. A restart is sometimes all that is required.
