Prices are wrong on the booking engine

1. Items required from the customer:
   1. How are the prices wrong?
      1. Please specify what the price is on the booking engine and what it should be including any components and tax break down.
   2. Please specify the tariff, package, booking ID or filecard in question.
      1. Send the rate plan code and name.
   3. What are the dates selected?
   4. What are the room types with incorrect prices?
   5. Send screenshots of:
      1. The booking engine prices.
      2. Prices for the same date range in Visual One. If it is a package, screenshots of the components are required.
