About b4spa Implementation
- Prices and Appointment Types are pulled from Visual One Spa through the b4checkin API.
- b4checkin will style the b4spa page and the confirmation emails for b4spa to match the look and feel of your website.
- b4checkin creates a hosted PCI account for your property, so that non hotel guests can book appointments. These credentials are used by b4checkin Professional Services during the implementation.
- If you want b4spa to display the hero image banner, you must send b4checkin the imagery you wish b4spa to display on the page. You can use as few as 2 and as many as 12 images.
All images must be 1140 pixels wide and 435 pixels high.
- You can customize the shaded text for the shaded areas on your appointment confirmation emails.
- You must ensure that each Service you wish to offer online has been designated as "Available on the Web". See screenshot below.
