Troubleshoot Sold Out Message
- The Unavailability Message has not been created in the b4checkin Admin Site, or has expired.

- If you prefer the sold out Room Types to appear, instead of an Unavailability Message, "SHOW SOLD OUT ROOMS" must be selected in the Property Settings in the b4checkin Admin Site, and the "SHOW ROOM TYPE UNAVAILABLE MESSAGE" check-box must be de-selected.
