About Countries, States & Provinces in chameleon™
- This b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin Super User to create a Country, State or Province for a property to show in the drop-down menus on the guest information page of chameleon™.
- The Country, State or Province codes must match the codes that are built in Visual One.
- To build a State or Province, the Country must be built first.
- Countries, states and provinces are chameleon™ wide; if one is added for one property, it will appear for all other properties on chameleon™.
Add a Country
- Select “Settings” then “Manage Countries”.
- Select “+Add a Country”.
- Code: Enter the code of the Country as it appears in Visual One.
- Name: Enter the name of the Country as it should appear in chameleon™.
- Save.
Add a State or Province
- Select “Settings” then “Manage States/Provinces”.
- Select “+Add a State”.
- Country: Select the country to which this State/Province belongs.
- Code: Enter the code of the State/Province as it appears in Visual One.
- Save.
