Accessing User Management

When you are logged in as an Admin User, two exclusive buttons appear called 'Admin Console' and 'Add Users'. Either of these buttons will take the admin user to the Manage Users page.

User Management

The number of licenses available is shown as the User count at the top of the Manage Users screen. If you need this number increased, please submit a request to the b4 Support portal.

To add a new user, select the Invite User button to enter their name and email address. They will receive an email that invites them to create a password.
