About Credit Cards in chameleon™

The b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin Super User to create a Credit Card Type for a property for use in chameleon™.

All Credit Card types accepted by a property are created by b4checkin during the chameleon™ build.

Adding a Credit Card to chameleon

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Credit Cards”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a Credit Card”.
   
   
   
   
3. Sort Order: relates to how this credit card will be sorted on the payment pay of chameleon.
   
   
4. Credit Card Type: select the credit card type that is being created.
   
   
5. Credit Card Code: this code will need to match the PMS credit card code exactly so that it will transfer into Visual One correctly. 
   
   
6. Active: will allow for this credit card type to be utilized while booking.
   
   
7. Name: the name of this credit card as it will appear on the payment pay of chameleon.
   
   
8. Save.
