When creating the property in b4 Admin, please ensure the following settings are turned on under manage your properties < PMS settings

When creating the B4Payment settings, please select RGUEST and turn the Allow Token Only toggle on

Access points we need from the property are:

Store ID (Merchant ID)
Terminal ID
Token Type
By default it will be set at 2. For ALL IHG properties, please update to 99

If the property cannot reuse tokens …

Confirm the property is using a tokenized version of PMS.
Have the property email accounts@freedompay.com to open a ticket. They will need to include their MID details on the ticket.

Refunds can be issued for transactions that have been processed.

To refund a transaction, locate it on the View Transactions page, select the OPTIONS drop-down button, and select Refund:

This will display the transaction details screen.

There are two options for refunds: Full and Partial.

Select ‘Full’ to generate a refund for the full amount of the original purchase
OR
Select ‘Partial’ to enter a specific amount to be refunded.

After selecting the type of refund and selecting REFUND, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Select OK to complete the refund. You will see a Success message and a request ID that can be copied and searched for to confirm the refund.
