Troubleshooting Prices on Emails

- Confirm that the emails originate from b4checkin. If the email is a PDF attachment, it is not triggered from b4checkin.

- How are the prices wrong?
- Please specify what the price is on the booking engine and what it should be including any components and tax break down.
- Please specify the Tariff, Rate Plan Code and Rate Plan Name, Package, Booking ID or File Card involved.
- What are the dates selected?
- What are the Room Types showing incorrect prices on the email(s)?
- Provide confirmation number(s) of reservation(s) with this issue. It is important that these examples have not been corrected manually in Visual One for them to be useful in troubleshooting.
- Provide a copy of the email where the incorrect prices are shown.
- Provide screenshots of:
- Prices as displayed on chameleon™.
- Prices for the same date range in Visual One. If it is a Package, include screenshots of the components.
- Prices as displayed on chameleon™.
- Please specify what the price is on the booking engine and what it should be including any components and tax break down.
