About Countries, States & Provinces in chameleon™

1. The b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin Super User to create a Country, State or Province to show in the drop-down menus on the guest information page of chameleon™.
   
   
2. The Country, State and Province codes must match the codes that are built in Visual One.
   
   
3. To build a State or Province, the Country must be built first.
   
   
4. Countries, states and provinces are chameleon™ wide; if a new one is added for one property, it will appear for all other properties using chameleon™.
   
   
   
   

Add a Country

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Countries”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a Country”.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Code: Enter the code of the Country as it appears in Visual One.
   
   
4. Name: Enter the name of the Country as it should appear in chameleon™.
   
   
5. Save.
   
   
   

Add a State or Province

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage States/Provinces”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a State”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Country: Select the country to which this State/Province belongs. 
   
   
4. Code: Enter the code of the State/Province as it appears in Visual One.
   
   
5. Save.
