About Group Rate Landing Pages

If the b4promo product is purchased through the properties Agilysys Sales Representative, custom rate landing pages (RLPs) can be created by the group sales team for each booking ID. These pages serve to hold photography and information specific to the group for a customized booking experience.

  1. The booking ID associated with the Group Rate Landing Page must be built in the chameleon admin portal. See section Adding, Editing, Customizing & Removing a Visual One Group Booking ID to chameleon™ for more information.

  2. Whichever chameleon booking engine user experience a property chooses will dictate which group rate landing page experience is utilized; the two must match.

  3. Group Rate Landing Pages are not required for all groups; however, they are recommended by b4checkin.

  4. At least one sample landing page will be created for each property during the build of the platform.

  5. Custom banner images can be uploaded for every landing page. The size requirements for these are different for every user experience version and are included below:

    1. User Experience 1 Banner Image Sizes: 3000px x 600px (display: 1500px x 300px)

    2. User Experience 2 Banner Image Sizes: 2720px x 600px (display: 1360px x 300px)

    3. User Experience 3 Banner Image Sizes: 2280px x 600px (display: 1140px x 300px)

Deactivating a Group Rate Landing Page from chameleon

Group rate landing pages can either be deleted or deactivated from chameleon. Deleting a page will eliminate it from chameleon forever. Deactivating a page will take the page from the admin summary list and will instead store it in an “inactive” summary list; this is best utilized for groups that the property plans to host again.

Deactivating a group rate landing page will mean that the page is no longer accessible online and stored on the admin summary list. Instead, the landing page is stored in an “inactive” summary list for future use later. This is typical for groups that intend to return to the property in the future. There are two ways to deactivate a group rate landing page:

  1. Select “Groups” then “Manage RLPs”. Select the (x) symbol on the right of the group rate plan in question. The group rate plan is now deactivated and no longer accessible online.

  2. Select “Groups” then “Manage RLPs”. Select the edit symbol on the right for the group rate landing page in question. Select the “Inactive” box. Save. The group rate plan is now deactivated and no longer accessible online.
