Confirmation Page | After the user has entered their credit card information and the fully completed the payment page fields, they are taken to the Confirmation page, where the details of the transaction are displayed. This is where you specify what the thank you text should read for each transaction Category you are making available. Feel free to use this recommended starter text: Thank you again. Add a Message to TransForm (b4easypost)
- Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”.
- If using multiple products, select the tab "b4easypost".
- Select “+ Add a Message”.
- Message type: see definition of message types in the previous section above.
- Start Date: the start date for this message to display.
- End Date: the end date for this message to display. By selecting the month, you can fast forward through numerous months. By selecting the year, you can fast forward through numerous years.
- Sort Order: determines the order in which multiple messages will appear.
- Input the message text into the message text field.
Save.
Edit a Message in TransForm (b4easypost)
- Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”.
- If using multiple products, select "b4easypost".
- Select the edit button next to the message to be edited.
Adjust the desired fields.
Save.
Remove a Message from TransForm (b4easypost)
A message can be removed from b4easypost by deleting the message. Messages cannot simply be made inactive.
Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
- Select “Property Settings” then “Manage Messages”.
- If using multiple products, select "b4easypost".
Select the trash-can icon next to the message to be deleted.
