b4checkin makes all text and photo changes on the emails except for terms & conditions or the header links. 

Unless the property has you have a customized email template, this can be done by updating the terms & conditions message in the chameleon admin portalcan be updated in the Manage Messages section of the b4checkin Admin Site.

If the property has you use a customized email template, b4checkin must make the change. all updates to email content.
