Visual One Housekeeping Reports

You must have one or more of these reports enabled for use in the Housekeeping module of Visual One , in order for b4clean to pull data into b4checkin's Mobile Housekeeping applicationthese reports.

Assigned Rooms

This is a A daily report , which displays the rooms that are assigned for arrival today, but not yet checked in. This is beneficial for housekeepers as these These rooms are typically cleaned first, as they are guaranteed for occupancydue to become occupied.

Arrival Summary

Specify a date range to see who and how many rooms are scheduled to arrive on each date in the range. The report displays the number of nights, and how many adults and children are on the each reservation.

Housekeeping Assignment

This is a A daily report , which that displays which housekeepers are assigned to which rooms on today. The report can be sorted by housekeeper or by room number.

Rooms Out-of-Order

Specify a date range to see rooms that have been set to OOO status. The report will allow allows you to filter down based on the various OOO statuses you may use (, such as Do Not Sell Rooms, Emergency OOO Rooms, Planned OOO Rooms, and Deactivated Rooms). The report can be sorted by OOO typeType, Date or Room Number.

Room Status Scan

This is b4clean's original basic report, which provides a scan of all room types and their current status, sorted by room number. Note: This Take note that this report can be long, as it generates an overview of all rooms and in all buildings.

Turndown Report

Specify a date range to see who has requested or been assigned a full turndown service. This is beneficial for VIP guests, special requests etc.

VIP Report

Specify a date range to see who has been assigned VIP status. You can select “In House” guests, as well as “Not Bedded” rooms in the event that someone has rented the facilities as a VIP.

Late Checkout Report

Only one date can be specified viewed at a time . The in this report, which shows who has requested late check-out for the given chosen date. The report can be filtered based on building type.

Room Discrepancies Report

This report is for For the current date, and this report shows any discrepancies between the housekeeping reports and the PMS, where the guest appears to have left, but has not checked out with the front desk.

Lost and Found Report

Specify a date range to view any reported lost and found items that were logged in the system. You can filter based on the status of the item and can sort the report by the date entered, control number, or status.

Statuses include:

Lost—the Lost - item has been reported by the guest as lost
Found—the Found - item was found by the hotel and has not been picked up
Picked up—the up - the item was found and picked up by the guest
Returned to guest—the guest - the item was found and has been sent to the guest
Donated—the Donated - the item was not claimed or picked up after a certain period of time OR the guest decided not neither to collect it or nor have it sent, and so it was donated or thrown outdiscarded

Departures Report

Only one date can be specified at a time, Specify a single date to show who is departing based on certain criteria. The report can be filtered based on guests remaining to depart, who has actually departed or both. It can also be filtered based on all guests, group only or wholesale only. You can sort the report in these ways:

alphabetical
room number
building
room block order
VIP order

You can further sort by building, including or exluding excluding bedded rooms.
You can choose to display or not display group names and split folios.
