Building | Used only if you want to send invitations only to a specified Building code. Only one Builiding Code can be entered at a time. Enables sending different surveys to occupants of different Buildings, or a different survey to a selected Building, by sending to that Building first. |
CheckOut Date Greater Than | Number of days each import will look back for check-outs. Normally 5. |
CheckOut Date Less Than | Number of days in the past each import will start to look for check-outs. Always 1. |
Room Type | When checked, this filters to include only stays where the Room Type is not “DAY”, “PERM”, or “GROUP”. If not checked, all Room Types are included. |
Use Email | When checked, this filter includes only those stays where the email address on the guest profile is valid. If not checked, stays are included whether or not they have a proper email address. (If the email address in invalid, no invitation will be sent.) |
Use GS Type | If checked, this filter includes only those records where the Guest Type (GstType) on the stay is “FIT” or “GROUP”. If not checked, all Guest Types are included. |
Use Private Email | If checked, this filter includes only those records where the email address on the guest profile is not marked as Private. If not checked, the Private field is ignored. Note that some properties only use the Private field to exclude guests from receiving marketing emails, and still want them to receive opinion surveys, along with other business transactions (confirmations, changes, cancels, pre-arrivals, etc.) |
Use Rooms | If checked, this filter includes only reservations for rooms that are flagged as “IsBedded”. If not checked, the “IsBedded” flag is not considered. |
Use Title | If checked, this filter includes only records where the Title field on the guest profile is not blank. If not checked, the Title field is not considered. |
Use Total Room Reserve | If checked, this filter includes only records where reservation total value is greater than $50. If not checked, the total value is not considered. |

After the survey has been created, it is added to the Property record, accessed by selecting the Property under Property Administration -> View Surveys For Property -> Add New
