About Countries, States & Provinces in chameleon™

1. This section of the chameleon admin permits The b4checkin Admin Site enables an Agilysys or b4checkin super user Super User to create a countryCountry, state or province for a property to utilize State or Province to show in the drop-down menus on the guest information page of the booking enginechameleon™.
   
   
2. The country, state or province code Country, State and Province codes must match the code codes that is are built in Visual One.
   
   
3. If To build a state State or province is builtProvince, the country Country must be built first.
   
   
4. Countries, states and provinces are all chameleon chameleon™ wide; if a new one is added for one property, it will appear for all other properties on chameleonusing chameleon™.
   
   
   
   

Add a Country

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage Countries”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a Country”.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Code: Enter the code of the country Country as it matches appears in Visual One.
   
   
4. Name: Enter the name of the country Country as it should appear on the chameleon enginein chameleon™.
   
   
5. Save.
   
   
   

Add a State or Province

1. Select “Settings” then “Manage States/Provinces”.
   
   
2. Select “+Add a State”.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Country: select Select the country where to which this stateState/province appliesProvince belongs. 
   
   
4. Code: Enter the code of the stateState/province Province as it matches appears in Visual One.
   
   
5. Save.
