1. The unavailability message has not been loaded or has expired.
   
   
   1. See section Messages in chameleon for an explanation as to how a message can be added or edited in the chameleon admin. 
      
      
2. If a property wants the room types to appear instead of an unavailability message:
   
   
   1. The "show sold out rooms" must be selected in the property settings of the chameleon admin and the "show room type unavailable message" check box must be deselected.
