    3. What are the dates selected?

    4. What are the room types with incorrect prices?

    5. Please send a confirmation number of a reservation with this issue. It is important that this reservation is not "fixed" manually in Visual One to be investigated properly.

    6. A copy of the email where the prices are incorrect.

    7. Send screenshots of:

      1. The booking engine prices.

      2. Prices for the same date range in Visual One. If it is a package, screenshots of the components are required.

  3. b4checkin will investigate.
