No message appearing online when rooms are unavailable


  1. The unavailability message has not been loaded or has expired.


    1. See section 19.0 Messages in chameleon in the chameleon Operating Procedures document for an explanation as to how a message can be added or edited in the chameleon admin.


  1. If a property wants the room types to appear instead of an unavailability message:


    1. The "show sold out rooms" must be selected in the property settings of the chameleon admin and the "show room type unavailable message" check box must be deselected.
