Merchant Link Setup

  1. The property acquires a Merchant Link E-Commerce MID, adding b4checkin as a Contact.

  2. When the E-Commerce MID is boarded at Merchant Link, they trigger an email to the property (sometimes copied to b4checkin) which contains the property's initial log-in to the Merchant Link portal. b4checkin will log in with those credentials and change the password.

  3. b4checkin creates a User and the API key needed to complete the setup of the payment gateway.

Merchant Link Portal


  1. Open https://cnp.merchantlink.com/ma/

  2. Fill in the information contained in the email from Merchant Link to the property:

  3. Select Admin -> Change Password and proceed to change the password.

  4. Select Admin -> Operators

  5. Select "Create a New Merchant Administration Operator"

  6. Enter as shown, with password b4Ch3ck1N

  7. In the General section, select "May Configure Integration Settings":

  8. Select Submit at the bottom of the page:

  9. Select Log Out from right end of main nav bar:
