Popular Reports

Different types of questions are reported in different reports. Here are the 4 most popular report types that contain data for your survey:

1. "All Yes/No Tallies" & "All Yes/No Tally Trending"

This report tells you what percentage of respondents answered "yes" and what percentage answered "no" for all yes/no type questions.

There is also a similar report that shows several months' comparison, called "All Yes/No Tally Trending".

You can specify the date range you want the report to reflect.

NOTE on DATE RANGE SELECTION:

There is a small system glitch when you select your date range. If you want to use the calendars under "Date Range" to select a specific start and end date, you need to click Date Range, then click on Month-to-Date and then click on Date Range a second time before you can select your dates.

2. "At-a-Glance" and "At-a-Glance Trending"

Shows you how many invitations were sent, how many responded, and what percentage responded, as well as how many who responded have not had a response sent back to them through the system (if that is a feature you have opted to use).

As in #1, the report called "At-a-Glance Trending" shows monthly comparisons.

3. "Free Text Comments"

Shows you all typed commentary submitted within the date range you specify. The report includes all questions that have a text box, unless you also want to specify a Question Group (which is a specific page of your survey), or specify a specific question.

You can also use Keywords to search for any comments about a specific subject. For example, include "internet:wifi" in the Keywords field to find all typed commentary that include those words. For maintenance concerns, you could put the following Keywords into the Keywords field when running the report...

"A/C:heating:cooling:conditioning:temperature:internet:wifi:light:bulb:toilet:flush:clog:drain:broken;damage"

4. Run the "Question Items" report to see the results for all the "multiple choice" questions.

Once the report is on your screen, click the Plus Sign to the left of each question to expand each question and reveal the actual count for each question.
