1) PXP emails the gateway credentials to you.
2) Open the link in the email and sign in to view the secure message.
3) Following are the values needed to configure the b4payment record.
4) We manage AVS, CVV and 3DS from our end. Always enable the following options. 
*Always enable 3DS as it is a legal requirement in UK.
Following values can be found in the email from PXP.
Merchant ID = Customer Code
Store ID = Site
User ID = Username
Merchant Password = Password
Merchant Number = Provider Merchant ID
